Students representing Holy Cross High School, Dunmore School District and the Lackawanna Career and Technical Center earned awards in several categories including 3D Design, Digital Movie and Graphic Design and Logo.
The 25th annual PA Media and Design Competition 2024 was held Tuesday and Wednesday May 21 and 22 at Dickinson College. First place teams from all participating intermediate unit regional competitions competed for cash awards in each of 6 categories: 3-D Design, Animation, Digital Movie, Programming, Web Page Design and Graphic Design and Logo.
Students Lucas Urban and Clinton Muir from Holy Cross took first place in the High School 3-D Design category. Jayla Bilski from Lackawanna CTC took 3rd place in the High School Graphic Design and Logo category. Evan Eibach, Ty Dougher and Aaron Mecca from Dunmore took 2nd place in the Middle School Digital Movie category.
